I created a projectile with my model, but for some reason its model is a block away from the hitbox, while its model in Blockbench is located exactly in the center
I have the exact same issue. Can you post an image so people have a better idea of what you mean? If not, I can post one.
Nevermind, I figured it out; try moving your (Blockbench) model in the positive y direction.
