Smithing table original items enchantment disappear

I make a new item that crafting with smithing table when I'm try to make that item the original items enchantments disappear. I find one Procedure that makes it but that procedure have "Copy NBT tags of (if it has any) onto" block  and I dont have that block anywhere, please help me.
