Something is blocking access to those files. Try rebooting PC or manually deleting those files
I had the same error multiple times and it always worked after trying to re-run multiple times. Probably it was caused by bad internet connection
Update: It´s probably not a problem with internet connection, but I also added Mcreator to the exceptions for AV. What do you mean with "deleting those files". According to the log, it tries to move files, not to delete them, doesn´t it? Or did you mean the gradle caches?
Or is there a specific sub-folder in the caches folder you could delete, e.g. the transforms folder which the errors occur in?
I don´t know what the issue was caused by, but I fixed it
