For some reason code wrapped in "if provided world client-side" works randomly

For some reason code wrapped in "if provided world client-side" works randomly

So I was messing around with server- and client-side sounds, and I found out that when I try to play a sound on client-side, it works only with 50% chance
The trigger for procedure is "on player tick update" if this may help
