How to send workspace to another computer?

Hello! I hope everyone is having a good day! I recently got a new pc and I want to send my MCreator workspace to that pc. The old pc was a Linux ubuntu and the new one is currently windows 11. Can I send that workspace to the new pc? If so can you tell me how I would really appreciate that!
