my mod elements are corrupted 1.20.1

i saved my mod and the other day i loaded it and it all was corrupted and i cloud not open anything and when i launhed minecraft then it was like normal minecraft pls help i was working on it like 3 months and the original mod was erased because my computer was broken i am not doing it again pls help and when i open element it just says "this mod does not have a saved instance, is corrupted, or incompible. you may need to delete and remake this mod element." help please
