How to make a mob spawn like how an iron golem does

I have made a mob spawn by putting 3 blocks ontop of eachother, but i dont know how to do it in a T shape like an iron golem or wither.

This is possible with prcocedures but you need to check a lot with logic etc.

I've never done anything like this, but there are two tutorial videos that are a bit older and use an older version of MCreator, but you can check it out.
