world opening not works

Can somebody help me? I have a problem that when I want to open world with my mod I see this information:

"Errors in currently selected data packs prevented the world from loading. you can either try to load it with only vanilla data pack ("safe mode") or go back to title screen and fix it manually."

"Safe Mode" doesn't work.
