I have tried to look for any other Forums that talk about this but I have been un able to find any.
https://ibb.co/mXJMZhC so what I want to happen is when the enlisted effect is given it summons a red particle but whenever I do this it doesn't work. I tried making it a not but for some reason it just made it play all of the time. I am using 2024.3 and it is put on, "On entity tick update" on both of the entities
