How to remove shading on faces of Minecraft BLock

I dont know how to remove shading on every face of my block like Simply No Shading minecraft mod does. Here are image of what i am talking about https://imgur.com/a/83wAf3T

remove shading from blocks, like no shadow?!

enable the block option "Enable emissive rendering (glow)" at "Properties"
