So while trying to make a procedure for killing entities, it has come to my attention that occasionally when killing stuff, the procedure would just not work. After some testing, it turns out that apparently mobs damage or killed by an explosion simply won't trigger "entity is hurt"/"entity dies" procedures respectively. For the record, "Entity is attacked" has the same issue. I don't really know if this is intentional nor if there is a way around it, but it's pretty weird to me...
