For the first one, the "When living entity is hit with item" trigger doesn't give the amount of damage dealt, which is limiting.
For the second, editing the JSON to change item sizes for vanilla models is easy, but having to unlock it and copy it somewhere else every time I need to change something gets old quick, so a way to change it easily through the Visual tab and making it save would be nice. (Allows making bigger 2D weapons like from the mod "Spartan Weaponry")
For the third, technically a workaround for the second suggestion, though it'd be nice to have both, but having to lock the entire element is troublesome when you only want to lock a specific file of the element, for example, the JSON, but still want to modify item logic and the like through the normal UI.
