Need help fixing an enchantment

I have been trying to make this enchant work by looking up forum posts, youtube videos and so one and I can not find anything that works. If you could help then that would be much appreciated. I am trying to get an enchant that gives more xp when killing animals/mobs. I really want it to be orbs and not instantly in the player but I tried both ways as you can see in the screenshot.
