Why doesn't my script replace the log?

I made a script that should replace an oak log with a striped oak log when mined and drop a unique item. I know that you can replace the loot tables, but in this case the block should be replaced by another block. But for some reason it only drops the item and also drop the oak log. And it never places the stripped oak log. But it should not drop the log. What am I doing wrong?
