Jigsaws connecting wrong

I'm making a new End structure using Jigsaw Blocks. The connections are supposed to go [Base->Bridge], [Bridge->Destination], where Bridge is a pool of different bridge designs. The problem I'm having is that the Jigsaws from the Base are sometimes connecting to the Jigsaws that are supposed to connect to the Destination, instead of the ones that are supposed to connect to the Base.
