I downloaded a few plugins to help me make some structures and while I can easily download them via neo-forge; the person who made the plugin now no longer updates his to a newer MCreator version and because of this I can no longer open my MCreator project on a newer version meaning I can't upgrade!
Is there a solution to this at all? Will I just have to re-import everything??
Clarifying why I can't open my project on newer versions, The program simply says I don't have an updated version of the plugin available and the same plugin creator has told me I can just import the mods onto a newer version using neo-forge but that doesn't fix me being able to open the project because it's "missing" an "updated plugin"
I read on the same plugin post that MCreator doesn't "Fail gracefully" and won't allow projects with non-updated plugins to be loaded minus the plugins. Would I have to wait until this is added to continue using the better features of later versions?? I hate both options of having to import my entire mod or continuing development on an outdated version when this feels like it could just be a non-issue!
Here's the plugin I'm talking about https://mcreator.net/plugin/103759/structures
