Custom trees aren't generating

Hey, I know this has probably been answered already, but all the ones I've found are for 2020.1-2021.1ish. I've made a custom biome, and in the Features tab, I've set up some trees(savannah type, custom blocks, height, etc.). I've tried everything I can think of, making sure plants can sustain on my custom grass/dirt, checking the tags, and setting up a tree feature(which didn't work). Can anyone help, or if this is a duplicate, redirect me to a post for the latest version(2024.4)?
