Redstone Energy Storage Block

Good day! I'm just a beginner and I have my own ideas about my mod, but I still doubt the capabilities of a program that can create mods that only my head can imagine, one of them is - is it possible to create a block that will receive energy once, while adding up the value from all sides and transferring it to the next such block, but also summing up this accumulated energy and receiving from other blocks? what I mean. there is a block that does not receive energy every second, it must receive, for example, from each side, except for one, energy, for example, contact with 5 Redstone blocks, receiving 15 units of energy from each. We add this sum and get 75. that is, the block must have a value of 75 units of energy inside itself. but at the same time not have a limitation on storing energy in itself, if as a result there is a block that can give more energy, for example itself. for example, 1 block transfers 75 units of energy, and 4 more by 15, then the block must have 135 units of energy in total.  I don’t want to constantly receive an additional 135 units of energy every second, but simply always have this value and be able to, so to speak, generate this energy for other blocks that can operate from this energy, for example, some kind of energy stove that will receive 135 units of this energy from this block every second.
