(2024.4) How do I make a check for wearing armor / holding item?

I have a thing that half works, where it checks if you have it in your inventory, but I don't think it'll stay hidden long. I've looked at other's similar posts, but found no results (where the procedure blocks are not found in the side bar). If anyone can help me, lmk
