custom tool dissapears after 1 use

Hello, 

Im useing MC creator full version 2020 14.217 for 1.12.2.

So far ive created some mods without any issues.

Ive created another small mod, where you craft a tool and use it in a crafting table with another block.
You get an output of  2 items. But when i collect the output the tool is gone. So it only lasts one use.

Ive set the tool to number of uses: 100
I have tried increasing this number, but it still dissapears after 1 use.
How can i fix this?
