Structure spawns too close to spawn

I don't know if I'm really unlucky, but the structure I made keeps spawning near the spawnpoint. Spacing is 25, Separation is 20. I'm trying to get it to spawn the same chance ruined nether portals do. Here's a screenshot of the structure near the spawnpoint.
