Mcreator gives the error gradle can't find the plugin

I am creating a neoforge project and I get an error that the plugin "net.neoforged.gradle.uderdev version 7.0.152" forge version is not found. The mcreator version is 2024.2. I tried other versions of mcreator, it says there is no Internet connection, I tried to do everything, nothing helps. Before that, everything worked, but I tried to launch the project in one day and I started to get out that there was no Internet. As a result, I tried to reinstall mcreator and an error began to appear that the plugin was not found. I do not know what to do. please help.
