Detect a specific item when falls into the lava

Hi, I'm trying to detect when a specific item falls into the lava when the player dies, and when this item disappears through the lava, a structure appears at specific coordinates. I don't know if it's possible to achieve this, but if someone can give me an alternative, I would appreciate it.
