I want to make a spigot plugin but I get an error when creating the project

Steps I've Tried:

• Disabled antivirus and firewall
• Deleted the Gradle zip file to force re-download
• Moved MCreator outside of OneDrive
• Corrected JAVA_HOME and relocated Java installation
• Manually downloaded the Gradle zip and placed it in the required directory
• Tried different network connections
