Strange overlay behavior

I have an overlay, and depending on the resolution, it behaves strangely. If it is in its place on FullHD, then with a small window, it shifts somewhere to the center of the screen, and at 2K resolution it flies off the screen altogether. It also changes its position from the scale of the gui itself. How can I fix the same position for all these states? Simple grid alignment doesn't help.
