1.19.1 - 1.7-beta 4 = EAP 2022.2.31711
1.9 - 1.20 and villagers trades = EAP 2023.2.22518
I guessed several times and found which versions the 1.19.1 and 1.20 plugins work for. Open the link below and find the versions in the list and install them for the EAP version I wrote.
