1.21.1 neoforge third person hand animations/dual wielded weapons

i was wondering if its possible to do something similar to the hand positions in third person from this mod (https://modrinth.com/mod/amarite)

im not entirely sure how to do this but i am up to coding if its required and anyone can help with that :3

• mcreator 2025.2 (i havent yet started working on this so the mcreator version can be changed)
• neoforge 1.21.1
