mod element called mob heads

there should be a specific mod element for Mob Heads. There is technically a way to do it, but it's very janky. You'd have to make a block, give it the model of the head, then make it so when you right click with it, it puts the block on your head. But that way, you can only put it on your head with right-click. There should be a specific mod element to do it so that it acts as a block, an item, and a helmet all at once.
