Help, my element template doesn't appear!

I'm basically updating a plugin that I've already created. My goal would be to add a new Firearm element template, which would be a custom item. 

The problem is that after doing several tests I still don't understand why my element doesn't appear in the new elements creation bar. I was inspired by Nerdy's plugin structure.
