It depends on the release schedule of the Minecraft itself, which is somewhat unpredistable so not sure if we can anwer your question
So I believe so because the pre-release of 2025.3 hasn't even arrived and in Minecraft we are on 1.21.9 pre-release 3
2025.3 should just support 1.21.9 and skip 1.21.8
I think it will be 1.21.10 since they are already on 1.21.10-rc1
