In general, I made my mod on an old laptop, transferred it via telegram to my computer, transferred it to the Versions folder, went into the launcher, but my version is not there (help me what to do
This appears to be a Tlauncher issue, not an MCreator issue. I would recommend creating a new game profile/instance (not account) and copying the mod and any worlds etc to there. I do not believe there is actually a way to import game profiles on Tlauncher.
