[RESOLVED] Can't Edit Procedures

I've been working on a mod, and all of a sudden, whenever I try to open a procedure it just shows this:

No blocks, no interface, nothing. These aren't just empty procedures, mind you, as there is normally a block there even if nothing else is. These procedures do still work, however I am now unable to edit them and I am unable to add new ones that function properly. I have regenerated the code, I have rebuilt the project, neither of which have solved this issue.
