How to give a mob multiple custom attacks in 2023.4?

Lets say i have a triceratops mob, i want it to have a stomp and charge. Its main attack is stomp but i want it to do a charge every few seconds. Any ways to make this in 2023.4? im making a big mod heavily inspired by games like Monster Hunter
