Mcreator Error : cannot find symbol model (fabric)

i am creating a mod(with mcreator) for the first time. i made an entity(as that is the whole purpose of the mod) and i made a model with blockbench

i have seen alot of forums with errors like but none seem to help because they are all forge, meanwhile im making a fabric mod. changing the model export thing doesnt work because it rejects anything thats not fabric. plz help :(
