"Out Of Worlds" a name for my grandiose mod, which I don’t know how to implement.

(My English is bad, so I used Google Translate, sorry)

Hello! I've never done any modding before, but I just happened to have an idea for a mod that I can't implement because I literally have no idea how or what to do. The idea is that each generated world will have its own scenarios, events, and even unique generational changes. For example, I wanted to create a world consisting of just one chunk, and if the player attempts to move beyond it, they'll immediately respawn in the opposite chunk, creating an endless chain of walking without ever reaching a dead end (just like in Yume Nikki). Or I wanted to create a world with an NPC who would request an item from the player at random times, and if the player fulfilled the request, the player would have the choice to stay in the world or leave, after which the world would be deleted.

So, i would like to understand if I can recreate my ideas in real life?

You could perhaps make a new dimension of just the void (i recommend using the end terrain generation) and make a structure of the chunk you want to play on. When the player loads into the world, make them go into the new dimension on the structure, and when they reach the edge of the chunk, teleport them back to the center. You can do this with a "on player tick update" trigger, and detect the coordinates and set new coordinates.
