Help with Horror Meme Stalking Entity Mod

Hello,

I'm kinda new to MCreator and need help making a stalking entity for my meme horror mod with Mr. Bean as the entity. (Don't ask why lol)

I want to know how to create an entity that stalks and follows the player and when the player looks at it,it disappears and makes different random sounds (like for example, Mr. Bean laughing or whatever.) I also want the entity to attack the player sometimes and possibly break the player's bed rarely when the player sleeps.

Let me know if this is possible. 

Any help like example images of code or whatever you can provide would be appreciated!
