Developer Wanted: Free Minecraft Modder for OTF Mod (Dragon Pilot / Jet Transformation)

Hello everyone!  
I’m looking for a Minecraft mod developer who would like to help create a unique, completely free fan project.
The idea is big, but the concept is fully written and clear — perfect for anyone who wants a cool portfolio project.

🟦 🎯 Project: “OTF – Organic Transformed Flyers” Mod

The mod is inspired by the OTFs from Dragon Pilot: Hisone & Masotan.
An OTF is an organic dragon that can transform into a jet‑like aircraft.

I already have a full design document with features, abilities, items, transformation logic, and gameplay ideas.

🟩 ✨ What the Mod Should Include

1. Two Forms

• Dragon Form (walking, roaring, energy breath)
• Jet Form (fast flight, afterburner, energy trail)

2. Transformation

• Press R → dragon folds into jet form
• Organic transformation animation (simple or advanced)

3. Abilities

• Pulse Shot (energy blast)
• Sonic Dash (supersonic boost)
• Hover Mode (jet hovers in place)

4. OTF Bond System

• Bond increases through feeding, flying, caring
• OTF follows only its chosen partner

5. Food & Items

• Old phones
• Redstone components
• Copper
• OTF Call Device
• OTF Scanner
• OTF Hangar Block

6. OTF Types

• F‑2 Blue OTF
• F‑15 Eagle OTF
• F‑16 Falcon OTF
• Stealth OTF
• Masotan‑type dragon
