I was making a mod using a few plugins. Those most notable being a forge 1.20.1 generator and Item Tooltips. I made a mod accidentally in neoforge, in the modern version, so I regenerated the mod for 1.20.1 forge. I did some bugfixing, but Item Tooltips is both compatible yet incompatable. It says all the things inside the plugin doesn't function and will be skipped over because the generator doesnt work with it, but I have the version of the plugin where is should! (Sorry for being wordy)
If plugin says it will work but it doesn't it is best to check with plugin author as this sounds like a bug
