Answer - Tick ambient - Mcreator

Tick ambient as the Mcreator potion procedure does 3 things (that I know of):

It changes the color of the potion effect gui to blue
It removes particles
It makes previous potion effects of the same type run again even when this effect expires

It is the same effect that you get from a beacon btw
