No Nuparu00 that is not working in 1.7.1 It changes the bounding box so it eorks as a half slab but displays the texture as a full block. I've tried everything I can think of and still get the top and bottom texture at the block face but not the half slab face. I have not tried fences but did try something head sized with the same result. I have not done a bug report because 1.7.3 is in the works.
Can anyone ansver?? REALY needed.

Then A) Use some software to create/edit .json file of the slab.
B) Edit the file manually.
