Option to make blocks face the player when placed

There should be an option while creating a block to make the block face the player when placed. Should easily be done by using the code of blocks that already do this in Minecraft.

Also, to go with this, in the events menu, when a location has to be chosen, (for example the "blockAt" condition and the "remove block" event), there should be some way to make this happen infront of the block, no matter what direction it's facing.

Look for Nuparu's post titled "rotating blacks" or something along those lines. It has a video that explains how to do this.

As somebody who has grappled

As somebody who has grappled unsuccessfully with block states before, I would also like to see a more automated way to handle those. I liked how we used to be able to base blocks off of stairs or slabs, but I'm not sure we had one for logs/pillars or not. That would be pretty useful too.
