Opening enderchest using a RMB

How can i make thing like when right mouse button clicked  by player (when item in hand) mod opening a enderchest inventory or when block destroyed by this item it's automatically teleporting item to enderchest?

If it's more advanced than i think can someone help me with write code or write it's by himself?
