Problem with creative tab. And A question about /give.

Everytime I try clicking my creative tab "arrow" it crashes my minecraft. And how do I figure out what "IDS" there is for my items/blocks.

Your game is crashing because you have an invalid Item/Block, I'm not sure what Item/Block it is but it is one of the two.
