I make a gun, test it, and it works fine for a while, and then starts permanently firing even when I'm not doing anything. This eventually destroys the gun, makes you run out of ammo, and is a major issue.
I'm no expert but how did you set up the gun to fire in the event? Mind you I never built a gun in the Mcreator However I have this mod I'm building now where I was learning how to work events.
I have 3 items as runes and I wanted a potion effect to happen only when all three runes where placed in the inventory. So I set up three Logic variables to false then setup a "variable set" event with in the event called "when Item in inventory tick" set it to true. This was done on all three. Then a stacked event where the potion effect happens when all logic variables are true.
I have noticed that Logic variables set to false switch back to the original state after the event has happened.
