MCreator 1.7.9 Update

One time I opened MCreator 1.7.8, and it said there was an update (I may be confused with the 1.7.8 version), and I did not update.

Now it does not give me the option to update on startup, and on the MCreator download page, 1.7.9  is not there. Is it released yet?
