How can I make it so that only certain tool levels and above can mine a block?

How can I make it so that only certain tool levels and above can mine a block?

Eg.: I want a block titled "Cheese Ore" to be able to be mined, but only by an iron pickaxe or above. Not just a wooden pickaxe. Could someone please help me by telling me if I can change the tier of the tool that can mine it?

Harvest level in block maker just change the value I think a list of what is what is on the wiki
