Can no longer make igniter recipe for portals for dimensions.

I can no longer make a recipe for the portal igniter to ignite a portal to a dimension I made.

It is supposed to make an item and when I make a new recipe and choose the result there are no green m icons which is what the igniter item is supposed to look like.  I know this because it used to work last version of mcreator.

Now I see no igniter item so I can not make it.  I have tested this on multiple diffferent workspaces with the same result.
