Changing position of players arm

Is it possible for me when I take out an item it can change where my hand is? For example, when I take out an item, I can right-click and it would change to the position of my arm to like my side of my head, I'm not good at explaining but its like when you are holding a phone up to your ear, imagine that. If you can help me, it will be really helpful for you.
