I don't know how to add skin to armor because when ever I try and do it the skin texture appears to be mucked up. Please help me, thanks

First, create a texture woth name NameOfYoirTexture_layer_1 and an other texture named SameName_layer_2. I aevice you to take texture of Mincraft in right clic on a version of minecraft (.minecraft/versions), check in the .jar, search assets/minecraft/models.
In MCreator (1.8.2), click on Resources, after click on Import, Armor Textures. Then, go take your two textures (_layer_1 and _layer_2).
