yes. it's SO ANNOYING when I go into my mod's better end, and I find that in the ghastly forests half of the grim moss has been picked up by endermen.

I think enderman holding is controlled by tags, I have found that anything with the minecraft:dirt tag is enderman holdable as well, whether you want it to be or not.
